I shot this phone over a year & a 1/2 ago & it somehow got lost in the shuffle of my PC.  Browsing through my files today I recovered the lost American Wasteland.

This Full Power Vibra-King Actavator Model FP was manufactured in the 1950s by Vibra-King Co. of Oakland, CA & marketed as a face & body massager for circulation stimulation and healthier, glowing skin.  It is made of Bakelite & originally came with four attachments.  The cord is frayed on this particular piece, and only one attachment remains, but it is in working order.

This General Electric ‘Touch ‘n Curl II’ Curling Iron has a misting option, a dial to choose ‘Wave Comb Range’ & lights up to indicate when curl is in process & curl is complete.  The gorgeous orange color screams Vintage 1970s Americana.
